I want to end crying after meetings

Ending crying after meetings or in your car takes insight into your emotional needs across your whole personality. Your astrological chart shows all of those things and creates a solid foundation for a strategy

We all put a lot into our careers. We go to college, we choose our first company carefully hoping to launches us on a good path. We consult with mentors and coaches about how to get better at our roles. All of this time and energy is a good investment, so why are we leaving meetings and crying later on? Why are there so many women who leave work and cry in their cars on the ride home?

I want to end crying after meetings, I want to end women crying at work at all. In my experience, crying comes from many different things. It comes from frustration at not being seen or heard, it comes from seeing other people repeat something that you feel you just said and getting immediate support, and it can come from feeling betrayed by a leader or a manager that you thought you could trust. All of these reasons have a context around them, and it's a challenging road to learn how to translate that context in a way that makes you both successful and happy. Yes, both of those things can happen.

How? They happen when you have a plan to learn yourself and your environment. It's challenging to carry the burden of wanting to be successful while being a woman. That challenge needs guidance that works for you, works both today and ten years from now, and is something that you can apply anywhere. You can read self-help books, they work. But they are focused on specific approaches that work for the author and tend to work in certain circumstances. What about learning how you build consensus? Or learning how you communicate with your leadership vs your peers? When you learn more about yourself, in a way that is easy to understand you can apply that knowledge in many different circumstances.

Your astrological chart carries many insights about who you are. where you are strong and where you are not so strong. Using your chart, with the notes and the insight gathered during a good strategy session, you will build hope and confidence. And both of those will stop crying after meetings.
